About Us: Our Vision, Our Voice
Who We Are
Welcome to mulwasithinkers.com, a dedicated platform committed to amplifying the voices, struggles, and aspirations of the Scheduled Caste (SC) community in Jharkhand. We are not just a news or information portal; we are a movement for Intellectual Empowerment and Self-Respect.
The Context of Our Struggle
In the complex political landscape of Jharkhand, the SC community has often been sidelined—not just by lack of representation, but by a system that expects “obedience” rather than “leadership.” We believe that for too long, our youth have been confined to the peripheries of power, hitting a ‘glass ceiling’ that prevents them from reaching their true potential.
Our Core Philosophy
We draw inspiration from the Ambedkarite ideology, focusing on the pillars of education, agitation, and organization. Our work is centered around four key objectives:
- Intellectual Strength (बौद्धिक मजबूती): Moving beyond slogans to master the language of data, budgets, and policies. We aim to equip our community with the knowledge needed to demand accountability.
- Political Identity & Self-Respect: Challenging the narrative that labels our community as ‘outsiders.’ We stand firm in our identity as original inhabitants and integral stakeholders in Jharkhand’s future.
- Social Engineering: Working towards a unified front by bridging the gaps between various sub-castes, transforming our diverse community into a cohesive and influential force.
- Economic Independence: Encouraging self-reliance so that our political and social voices remain independent and uncompromised.
What We Do
- Analysis & Awareness: Providing deep insights into how state policies and political shifts affect the SC community.
- Platform for Youth: Creating a space where young Ambedkarite thinkers can share their views without the fear of being sidelined.
- Advocacy: Highlighting issues of social justice, administrative gaps, and the need for fair representation in all sectors—from media to business.
